| Details: | Buyer purchases a $4 DVD disc from me back on January 10th which I ship out on January 11th. He then opens a "did not receive item, I want a refund" claim on January 24th. I did not know about this site beforehand and gave him the benefit of the doubt as I had shipped his disc out to him with only a stamp to save on shipping costs. But googling his address shows he's done this same kind of claim before, under the previous username: briaus-biyscgcy. Figured it's worth updating for current sellers awareness. Avoid selling to this buyer. |

Assholes like this guy know how to defraud sellers. Its either the seller believes everything they hear, panics and then gives refunds or partial refunds. The whole scam of the buyer is to (1) get the product for free by saying whatever bullshit claims they say and hte seller believe site automatically without a shred of proof or (2) files a fraud dispute with PayPal and PayPal automatically finds the case in the buyer's favor. Regardless of the evidence, if PayPal fees that they buyer will file a chargeback, they will side with the buyer. Ebay, PayPal and the buyer couldnt care less about you as the seller, because your the only one that is out the money and the product. PayPal only thinks about themselves and any chargeback from the buyer would result in them being out the money and fearful they will be held with a negative balance.
