Details: | Buyer left negative feedback with reasoning "item not as described (frowny face)". They did not message with any issue or open a return prior to leaving the negative (eBay guidance and in every one of our listings). After messaging them asking what problem there was with the swim trunks, they simply responded "can you please refund 50% (heart emoji)". Still no mention of any issue. The swim trunks were in near new condition when shipped out. Upon contacting eBay customer service they considered this to be misuse of the feedback system by the buyer and they removed the negative feedback. We added buyer to our blocked buyer list. |
