| Details: | Aggressive and rude, called me dishonest despite me doing everything as promised, I combined the shipping and refunded the overage. Tom called me dishonest for some reason and got very rude, then cancelled his 8 orders while telling me he was going to talk bad about my shop to all his friends. For giving him exactly what he asked for?!?!
