| Details: | This buyer purchase some earrings from us and signed for them when they were delivered. Then weeks later filed a report with Paypal stating they did on purchase the item. Paypal ended up siding with them. I wonder if I should be filing this on them or on PayPal |

First off what was the reason for the dispute. If it was for not authorized, as long as you have shipped to the confirmed address then you should of lost anything. Regardless of the signature or not, shipping to a confirmed address is first and foremost. If you didnt, then you got what was coming to you for being stupid. We think you just did that, shipped to an unconfirmed address because you would stated it. But if you did ship to a confirmed address, then there is no way in hell you could of lost the case, but something tells us you did the opposite. PayPal even tells you not to, but you may have done it anyhows.
