Vivian Bachelier purchased a laptop from me, to be shipped from the United States to Australia. The shipping fees were clearly stated, which she paid, and therefore agreed to the cost. She was also clearly informed that she is responsible for all custom fees / import taxes from the United States to Australia.

She selected UPS Worldwide Express, so the laptop was delivered to her internationally, during COVID, within days.

After she received the item, she messages me stating she wants a partial refund, because the shipping fees were too high, even though she already paid them and agreed to them beforehand. If she didn't want to pay the shipping fees, then she shouldn't have purchased the item????

And if she didn't want to pay the import fees, then she shouldn't have purchased the item????

She also stated multiple lies, such as that she paid through Paypal (which is not the case), etc.

When I refused to refund her, she then opened a fake return reason for "Not Authentic", stating, "excessive shipping and customs charges - seller became verbally abusive and threatening", even though she was the one who was threatening me and verbally abusing me!

Now she's asked ebay to step so she can keep both the laptop and get a full 1499.99 refund.
