I am rkachwaha and have used eBay for 13 years with no problems. After threatening to list on this site, these 'two' complaints appear within days. Not the sharpest tool clearly.
This eBayer uses intimidation tactics to get what she wants. She talks about fraud, contacting the police, having a crime reference number, and libels and defames other users on the badbuyerlist (something she alerted me to, never previously heard of it) when she is put in her place and doesn't achieve her goals. My advice is avoid this user like the plague and save the headache and a barrage of dramatic and aggressive emails. eBay thankfully favoured my case and refunded my money for her counterfeit goods (nothing was damaged as she claims). Babysham clearly has a lot of time on her hands.
