Bought a pair of LED bulbs on Feb 23, 2015.
3 weeks later saying items did not show up.
Then told us to refund the money saying he already bought lights from other seller when we told him we resend another package.
On April 8, 2015 he escalated to claim and Paypal deducted the money from our Paypal account.
If the item cannot be deliver it will return to us but as of today it is not here yet.
You are a seller too so why made a claim when you have received the items you paid for?
