| Details: | Customer ordered a full custom bracelet including 8 personalized engraved charms. She has not returned the bracelet, instead opened a claim with Paypal, Paypal denied the claim and found in my favor based on the documentation, photo's, and emails. Elizabeth Martinez then opened a charge back claim knowing full well the credit card companies always side with their customers. She got her money back and is refusing to return this 178.00 personalized engraved bracelet. Guess her sister must have loved her free gift. |

That's exactly what happens when you take PayPal. The first thing that happens the second that PayPal gets a chargeback they will immediately side with the buyer. Why would they find it in your favor first and then the second a chargeback happens, its in her favor. I would file a complaint with the FTC and the Attorney Generals Office because the only reason why they got their money back was the Chargeback and thats it. The second PayPal gets a chargeback their alarms go off because the buyer's credit card company can take the money away from PayPal not you. You have to wait for PayPal to play their bullshit games.
The first thing you do, since there's another complaint from another seller, is write this bitch a certified letters saying if she doesnt return the item or give you the money + the chargeback fee, you will be filing fraud charges against this cunt. And proceed with it.
