Buyer was always rude even though we were professional and offered a partial refund for two of 24 canisters which he claimed were damaged with a knife. However it is impossible this happened from us. This happened only from him, because he claims all spilled out on his xbox. Left us neg FB. I think what happened is he cut open box with a knife and cut his own product. I called ebay but they would not remove his insulting FB. He has a business in Alabama and I would not think someone would act so erogant and unprofessional especially since his ID on ebay advertises his website for Vapors. So all business contact info is on his website. Does also videos on Youtube. Just look at him he and his wife look like a headache.
