This is to add this jerks personal information to the report I left earlier. This jerk put me through the wringer with a case after I issued a refund and he did it the way he did to scam 2 refunds. He knew eBay would issue a refund that I wouldn't have to repay as the item was being returned damaged & get the refund I started as once it's issued it can't be undone!! Seller protection did credit my account the refund from me, so that I wasn't out the money, any they are taking action against him for abuse of buyer protection.

This lady is a liar. She ships me a broken necklace, then refuses to refund even after necklace was returned. I had to file report with ebay till THEY took money from her account for it because she refused. I had nothing to do with it. This is horrible seller with defective items who literally accused me of trying to cheat her saying I broke the necklace myself. She is not even telling the truth about ebay case. Case was cleared in my favor and I was issued a refund because she sent me a broken necklace and refused to pay even tho I sent pictures and returned the necklace. All of which i can actually prove. Be warned This lady is nuts!!

This buyer is a liar! The money was never taken from my account, because the necklace was returned broken!!! Ebay refunded him out of their own moneies, not mine!! I have the cases records as proof!! If he was telling the truth, instead of lying he'd say that ebay said I did NOT have to refund him!! What a lying sack of sh*t!! This wacko broke the necklace so to force a return & because it was returned broken I wasn't the one refunding him! They found no fault with me! I sent a perfect necklace & was returned a broken one by the nutjob! His proof does not exist! I dare him to post his "proof", because case details clearly states I did not have to refund him!! Yes, eBay refunded him, but not one penny came from my account. This scamming liar s just another reason why this site exist!! He's a competitor, trying to ruin my good reputation. I have 100% positive feedback, & if all this happened like he says, there would be a negative on my feedback from him, & theres not!! Stay away from selling to this low life or he'll do the same thing to you too. Like I said in the case,"why would I risk a return, & a negative by sending a broken necklace, it makes no sense." If he had any he'd realize it too.

And they were investing him for abuse of returns, abuse of buyer protection, for braking the necklace, & unfair selling practices! He has warning against him for this BS! As all the abuses were put on his record. I had talked with a manager at ebay about his conduct!! This scam artist didn't like me standing up to him, & obviously is peeved that I've called him out here for what he did to me!! If you had been a descent human being I'd never had put you on this site, but you where mean, nasty and abusive towards me. Calling me all kinds of things! He was rude beyond measure, condescending, belittling, & arrogant!! Sellers beware he'll treat you the same! Why would any seller want to be treated like that by this jerk!!

When an item is returned to a seller broken, ebays seller protection come into effect and ebay refunds the buyer not the seller, & it's recorded against the buyer for not returning the item in original condition. Neither party is out the money. This scamming buyer, through his abusive treatment of me & abuse of buyer protection attempted to get 2 refunds, one from me & one from ebay. It didn't work as he never got a penny from me, but abuses recorded against him. And I got an apology from ebay for have had to put up with such a bad buyer.

Your story is a complete fabrication and im reporting you to ebay for releasing my personal information. You send a broken necklace, told me to return for a refund and once I did you flipped out and made all sorts of false threats and lies. You wanna complain about me thats fine but you never release your customers info. Thats a horrible, vindictive action. I could release yours but instead ill report you..AGAIN.. To ebay.

This is exactly the kind of abuse I received the entire time I was dealing with this low life!! As I said his proof is a lie or he would've posted it here! If you sell to him he will pull all this crap on you too!! This arrogant, abusive buyer has no morals. Has never heard of being polite, nor dealing with people with respect! You're treated as if your whole purpose as a seller is to take his threats & abuse with s smile. What he's doing here is only a small sample of what he'll do to you if you sell to him! You'll have him attacking non stop until you give in to his demands!! Watch what else he says and does here with me! He's giving you other sellers a peek into what abuse he's capable of doing! Sellers do yourself a favor and block him before he does this to you!

Seller's message:
"You're the one not making any sense! Why would I send you something broken!! You're an idiot if you think anyone would do that so they could be abused by a low life like you!! From the moment you bought it you have been rude and arrogant towards me!! You broke it! That's a fact!! You've been lying since the beginning!! No one would send something broken so they could, pay for the shipping, upset a customer, have to accept a return, risk bad feedback, risk a case, YOU DON'T MAKE ANY SENSE!! But a buyer would brake it to get out of paying my restocking fee if they didn't want it!! If they bought it in the first place with the idea of making a false claim to get it for free & then when they don't get it & have to send it back to get a refund,& being pissed for not getting their way!! With as arrogant & rude as you've been I have no problem believing you'd brake it!! Only a crazy person would think I'd want all this & a bounced check charge on top of it all!! You deserve to wait 3 days!!"

Your message to the seller:
"What your saying doesnt even make sense. Why would I break it and return at my own expense. I got it and emailed you from pad first time and within minutes of opening. And sent picture moments after that using computer as app would not allow pic upload. You never asked for the picture i sent so you could see. Also if you bother to look at the item it simply fell apart in shipping as if the weld or glue came apart. I never asked for a second refund just the first one that got rejected by your bank. Your simply wrong and your the one that cant admit it. I paid 2$ shiping to return so even if you finally gave refund im stil lout the return shipping which im not even asking about. And ranting and raving im a theif is a joke. Now its because im a man? Give me a break. Glad your curse filled ranting is documented. Your necklace came broken and thats a true fact and i returned it to you faster than I recieved with promise of refund that your bank did not pay those are the facts."

"I sent you a perfectly good necklace unbroken!! I've sold plenty of them and this is the only one that ever "broke"! Men like you never think they're wrong when they try to screw over someone!! I am the victim here!!"

Your message to the seller:
"I DONT HAVE THE REFUND YOUR BANK REFUSED THE PAYPAL PAYMENT. I NEVE ASKED FOR A SECOND REFUND JUST THE FIRST. ITEM WAS NOT RECIEVED IN GOOD CONDITION AND YOU ARE THE LIAR! IT LITERALLY FELL APART DURING SHIPPING AND YES PACKAGE WAS IN GOOD SHAPE BUT ITEM WAS NOT. You cant sell me a broken piece of jewery and then cuss me out because you sell junk. Give me my refund and stop this childish back and forth. If i received then there would be no issue but your refund was refused by your bank. I will escalate this until I get my payment. You told me in messages that ebay can read that you would give me a full refund so I sent back in good faith only for you to keep putting me off and cussing me out. You did not deliver a good product and now you act the victim. Pay me what you owe."

Additional information:
"I ordered a necklace then when i received and opened box the necklace charm was in broken in 2 pieces. I took a picture and sent message to seller in which she told me to return. I returned at my own cost and she received on the 27th(USPS tracking #:9114901123086829764854) Then waited 2 days to message again asking for the refund. Paypal tried to issue refund but due to insufficient fund it could not process. So I contact her again telling her that i was again disappointed and get a nasty message back saying if i report her she will report me falsely. All I want is my money back. Please read correspondence she left cursing me out with foul language and accusing me of braking it myself. This is a flat out lie. She is trying to abuse the system by threatening me with no refund even tho item was returned in exact condition I received. I read several other complaints about her jewelry falling apart as well so feel like this is something she does often and why she has less than a 100% rating, She is trying to say Im scamming her and making threats if I report her. This is outrageous. All I want is my original payment back. She has had the item back since the 27th and never said a word about me braking until after i told her I was going to report. I tried to deal with seller but she has gone of the deep end by threatening me and calling me a scam artist and a liar. I wanted the necklace and was suppose to be a present for my wife for Christmas but when I received it broken I had no choice but to return as she told me to. This seller is trying to abuse the system and me verbally. Im willing to wait for the paypal to go thru but have no reassurances that it will ever go thru. I want my refund."
You've requested:
A refund. The refund amount includes the purchase price plus original shipping.

This proof actually supports my position. Any seller on ebay know eBay almost always sides with the buyer, but if the buyer actually read what ebay did, you will see the evidence supports what I've been saying! eBay issued a COURTESY refund, which means there was no fault on my behalf, & the money came from eBay not from me!! Obviously the buyer didn't read what ebay wrote. I had put a stop on the refund(as per eBays direction) I was issuing just to stop being abused by him, after he opened the case in order to scam 2 refunds!! His lies of saying I would make false accusations to ebay shows how he lies & abuses sellers. The moment he got it he demanded a refund and as I stated in the case. And now he's harassing me here. Why would he come to this site, unless he's scammed enough sellers to worry about being on here. I fell right into his trap; just like he planned: the moment I issued a refund to stop the abuse, he opened the case and if I hadn't called eBay and followed their advice to put a bank stop on it, he would've gotten 2. eBay's trust & safety put his attempt at a double refund in his records! Again if you; as a seller; wish to avoid going through the abuse this man has put me through don't sell to him. What he's doing to me one here is a taste of what he'll put you through. Do you; as a sell; want what you see here. You can see how vindictive, arrogant, manipulative, & abusive. He will do all this to you too if one tiny thing goes wrong, if he doesn't get his own way! If for arguments sake the item did brake in shipping; he jumps to it was sent broken, and starts attacking! As the case states a a courtesy refund does not come from the seller, but ebay because I did nothing wrong! Why don't you ask them and stop stalking & abusing me on here like you did on eBay!!

Sellers don't go through this, he won't stop. He didn't on eBay & won't here too! Don't take the risk of falling into his trap like I did. Save yourselves all this grief!
