| Details: | Credit Card Fraud: This customer placed an express delivery order, with a Singapore billing address and a US delivery address. The card came back with a "No Match" address verification. We emailed the customer, asking them if we had the correct billing address, if they have recently moved, etc indicating that we would not be able to ship the order until they could provide a billing address that matched. The customer then wrote back threatening bad online reviews if we didn't ship their order. Stay clear of this customer! |

You know already that was a scam to begin with. Singapore is the #2 fraud country next to nigeria. The whole goal was this asshole buyer to have you ship to ship the product to the US address. Once it got to the US address (which is more than some rerouting company) it would end up in their possession. Its 100% fraud with a stolen credit card. Post the information as a reply and contact the site that the con artist tried to pull their crap on and they will remove it. If you can prove it was fraud by the buyer you can sue the site for damages if they dont remove it. Just as long as you can prove the statements made by the buyer were false, you should have no problem. Or else get a lawyer to contact that company directly.
