If the money was taken from you, appeal the decision immediately and tell them the tracking number and the fact this buyer received the item. if you did an international transaction, then you know where you stand when it comes to Paypal and ebay, they will and always have screwed sellers over in the past.

Hi, I am a friend of his (much younger) could you please take it down as people are using the information to hack him. He is a very elderly man who has been a victim of hacking for the past couple of years and he is very distressed as because of it. I am sorry this happened to you, however, sometimes the elderly unfortunately get old and do things they shouldn't. It would be appreciated if you could remove it
