Scammer. This buyer purchased a jacket, after receiving stated it was the incorrect jacket, then sent back a jacket that was dirty and old and certainly not what was sent to him. He received an expensive jacket as well as a full refund because eBay does not stand behind their sellers. He’s a scammer.
