Details: | This buyer purchased three vintage 1978 Battlestar Galactica poster magazines from me. Upon receipt left negative feedback and filled a 'not as described' claim BEFORE contacting me to even attempt to resolve the issue. I reluctantlhy refunded the money. Claimed my description was "False exaggerated description deceptive pic's w/ weird bad smell poorly packaged". Ok, the description was NOT exaggerated. It was accurate for 35+ year old poster magazines. Deceptive pics? How deceptive are pictures of every page showing each and every flaw? Weird bad smell? Obviously this is something that is purely subjective. I noticed no weird bad smell. Nor did my mother who was with me when I found them. She has a very sensitive nose and would have said something. This is a bogus as well as the poorly packaged. These were sent in a thick cardboard photo mailer. There was no way that these were going to be damaged or even bent during shipping. What's even more galling is that this buyer started off as a seller and should 100% no better than the leave negative feedback before contacting the seller for a resolution. Total jerk.
