When the online store advised they do not accept PayPal the customer insisted on a refund - the store does not have a PayPal account so no payment could of been accepted. Online shared the notification with us at PayPal and we confirmed Fake Notification and have read the emails from the customer. Do not accept Paypal sends from this customer. |
