Buyer purchased a Louis Vuitton hat and claimed it was not delivered. However, the hat was sent with tracking information and required an adult signature to be delivered. The package was signed for at the buyer's home when it was delivered.

eBay resolved the issue in my favor and determined the package was delivered. The buyer then put in a claim with his credit card company who chargedback to my paypal account. I have disputed this chargeback as well and am going through the dispute process still.

This buyer is attempting every means to fraudulently avoid payment for their purchase.
