I had the same experience from Israel. He is a thief. I called eBay and reported it. They said he had his account suspended and us now using one under a different name.

The owner of semper-fi guns goes by a few different names. After dealing with him. I completely understand why. Very dishonest person. Tried to steal from a small family own business via charge back claim.
