will order goods and than claim it is defective but will not return even with prepaid shipping label . She just wants to keep the item and get refund or will threaten with negative feedback Seller Beware

Buyer purchased diet tea and complained about the shipping delay due to black friday holiday shipping delays, even though i shipped it out promptly. She immediately left negative feedback and a month after receiving her item, she said she didn't receive it and demanded a refund. Ebay paid her out because my tracking showed delivered, but this is a totally fraudulent buyer.
