First off why would you post a $1000 item on eBay and use PayPal, red flag from being ripped off and getting stuck out the money and the product. Ebay and PayPal will not cover you and will side with the buyer even if the buyer com its fraud. You do not allow the buyer to cancel the product, since they paid, fuck them! Or refund it minus the fees
