Details: | Buyer made a series of fraudulent reasons for return, first stating that the wrong model item was sent, and then upon being presented with evidence to the contrary -- then stated that the item was missing pieces (also untrue). They claimed that they had communicated with the seller regularly, but had not received any reply. Upon being asked to resend this alleged correspondence, they conveniently laimed that all of their outgoing messages had been sent but had "...probably ended up in your spam folder." They did not respond to direct messages yet would conveniently respond to dispute-related correspondence. Unsurprisingly, their return was used and missing components. |
