Details: | Buyer bought a G3930 cpu from me on Feb 11. Today, Mar 22 is 32 days after buyer received the item. Buyer used the item for more than one month with no issue but suddenly request a refund today and his reason was the cpu stopped working, the only message from the buyer is "the cpu stopped working", no other details. I refused his request because he has used it for more than one month, this indicates I sent him a working unit, but during his personal use, the cpu stopped working. The buyer didn't contact me within 2 to 3 days after receive it, he contact me 32 days later, longer than one month which is insane. I would say it's probably he lied to me because of his unusual request and timing. Further more, in the item listing, the terms and agreement is "no return, no refund". Buyer accepted the term and placed the order, then more than one month later, he want to violate it. Finally, he didn't success to fool me and left inappropriate negative feedback which hurt my reputation. |
