The item was undelivered as address. Buyer admitted that they don't monitor the PayPal address, that was provided with payment.
Then buyer further complains, about the item being returned due to 'undelivered as address'. Buyer filed a case of 'item not received', and eBay refunded his money. However, seller was found not at fault, and we got to keep our payment.

So, be aware of this person.
