Buyer purchased item, left positive feedback, and then started fraudulent return stating wrong item was sent despite admitting the item was wrong for their bicycle. Buyer then sent harassing messages saying they were going to start a fraudulent chargeback, which they lost in the end. This is scammer who committed mail fraud and payment fraud!
