Details: | Cautious! Scam buyer! He will claim you sent him wrong item and want full refund ,when you ask him to take picture or provide evidence, he will make all kinds of excuse to refuse doing that., even to pretend his is a disabled man. We are sorry, even you are real disabled, if you still have ability to reply message, we don't think you don't have ability to take a picture of the item. Why we have to refund you if you not able to provide evidence? If everyone can buy things, saying get wrong item without evidence to get refund,no seller can make money. Can you go into court claim someone stole your money, and let judge put him in jail without any evidence?
This is ridiculous! Block him! |

The fact that you used common sense and prevented yourself being a victim of this scam artists puts you way ahead of some people. Make policies stick to them and dont violate your own rules or bend them for anyone period! As with any scam, scammers try to play on your emotions, either by making threats of feedback, chargebacks, reporting you eBay etc. They want you to believe their empty threats to see if they can get the product for free or as cheap as possible. Remember, everything they are saying is documented and recorded. If you think its worth it, then you can sue him for attempted mail order fraud. The problem is that eBay, PayPal and everyone that is against you. Reality when you run a business, no one is on your side, and I mean no one! Credit card companies have made this a buyer fraud world where they egg on the buyer to commit fraud. Listen to PayPal on the phone every 10 minutes they tell the buyer to file fraud complaints.
