If its rare, then you should really consider placing insurance (3rd party) like ship insurance or upic when shipping things like that out. You already know that when it comes to Ebay, Ebay is going to fuck you over each and every time when it comes to buyers. In addition, they want you to folk over 25% of everything you make. If you sell on a consistent basis, you really should consider another platform other than EBay. Where Ebay isnt involved, PayPal operates totally differently. When Ebay is involved its all one sided. You already know this since EBay has the balls to make sellers pay for buyer returns. They have a long track record of fucking over sellers left and right and kissing buyers asses. They dont give a crap because its not their money and its not their product.
