Buyer buys an item, receives item. Days later opens a return request. I sold the buyer 4 6 X 24 lego base plates. They were all colored grey. I made no mention of the color in the description. I thought the pics would be good enough. In this buyers return request he claims he searched ebay for black colored legos, and the ones he got were grey. My pics were pretty clearly grey to me on all screens I viewed it on, but you never know maybe on his phone or computer it looked black. I issue a refund right away, don't even ask the guy to send the legos back. In his return request he also mentions that my listing says the legos are "white" in color. My listing makes no mention of color at all. Anyway today he leaves negative feedback for "not chatting" WTF? I hope I can get this removed. I blocked the buyer right after I refunded his money. I'd avoid this buyer at all costs.
