| Details: | OMG! This crazy women is a raging bitch! ! I sold her a very pretty ring, which she wanted resized. So I did and got it into the mail in 2 days. This lady starts yelling at me because it's not to her in 3 days. I sent it USPS, I have no control of the postal service. So she doesn't want it since it's not there yet. I don't take returns on resized rings. I hadn't told her that yet. I just told her to contact me when she gets it. We'll she starts verbally abusing me, my work, that I set her a different ring. ( I had sent her extra pic before she bought it), just plain treating me like dirt under her shoe. And of course she's perfect. Mind you she had sent several convos about shpiping times, and her getting twisted up about them. Anyway I hadn't realized she had sent me the first message after getting the ring, until I got the second one, which was all kinds of threatening! I tried talking with her, but she was just so abusive that I gave up and said if she hadn't been such a raging#! *, I would've work with her, but now no, and I don't do returns. Do yourself a big favor, don't sell to this wacko. And of course she opened a case For a freebie! |

As long as you dont specify in your policies or anywhere the exact shipment time of when the person is to receive the item, that lunny can say whatever she wants - it holds no merrit whatsoever. Save all emails that you get from her and report it immediately to Etsy and she'll be thrown off the site permently. If she leaves you negetive feedback report it and submit all the emails she sent you.
If she continues, contact the Federal Trade Commission and file cyberbullying charges against her. The wacko thinks just because she's the customer she can do whatever she wants. She theatens you, tell her point blank that your not going to tolerate it, if she does it again, tell her straight out that your not going to put up with it and file legal charges against her - because what she is doing is classified as terrorism.
If she filed a dispute - cut all communications off with the buyer. She's telling you straight out that she has no intensions of working things out with you and wants a 3rd party to intervine. Any communication you do it to the 3rd party (paypal the credit card company, etc). You dont say a word to her whatsoever for the fact that she will try to use anything you said against you. People like that are lying BS artists.
The second that person filed the dispute, she is saying I dont want to talk to you anymore and want someone else involved. At that point, dont bother emailing her back, or anything. If she makes more threats to you, just submit to Paypal or the credit card company. After that, dont do business with her again and dont respond to any of her emails.
