An Apple iPhone was purchased and posted, packaged well, and confirmed by the buyer as such, he then requested a refund for a damaged phone stating that the screen was hanging off? this after confirming the package was not damaged.
He then proceeded to state in further emails he has taken the phone to 3 mobile repair stores who will charge £50 to fix the phone but I would have to pay this.
A quick search online and this buyer is infact a mobile repair store. Why would he feel the need to go to 3 other stores to confirm any damage? its all lies and shocking if I am made to refund.
