| Details: | Extortionist. Gets software then asks for refund claiming it does not work. Agrees to partial refund then reverts after 2 weeks that the CD he got is a dud and wants the balance refunded too. He was not supposed to use the CD once transaction is cancelled but clearly wants to get the software for free and harass seller. Also leaves neutrals and rubbish feedback for sellers.
