On March 9, 2017 A person placed an online $1,200.00 order with additional charges for Overnight Air. Address verification was YYYM because he used the name and address of the actual card holder.

I requested Signature Required and our UPS account is set up to NOT allow delivery address changes.
Today, March 10th, I received a call from the card holder stating they received a package from me that they did not order and their credit card had been charged.

I know the email address of this thief is correct atlantabraves271@gmail.com
because the thief logged-in twice to get UPS tracking information. Additionally, I called the phone number and heard someone picked it up but didn't speak until I said, 'hello, hello' and then a foreign sounding man said hello. I hung up.
