Details: | Please block this buyer from your store. The buyer opened a case as item not as described. When I pressed her on what exactly was wrong with the item, she became irate requesting to return the item "No questions asked". As she was forcing us to pay for return shipping, we felt we deserved more details about the claim. After various questions and unsatisfactory answers, we opted to accept the claim and have the item returned. The item was not returned after the time required by eBay and we had the case escalated and closed in our favor. After the case was resolved in our favor, the buyer then left negative feedback as retaliation, claiming she sent the product back but our tracking number shows the item never returned. The buyer is a liar, doesn't take responsibility, blames the seller for issues in order to avoid paying return fees and uses retaliation when she doesn't get what she wants. Block her, report her. Do not allow her to buy from you. Another waste of the human helix. |
