| Details: | Petra Hunt Life Coaching Ordered a t-shirt from our website and two weeks later we received an email from PayPal in which they stated that the buyer contacted the bank to report this transaction. We found that she contacted the bank to get her money back because the transaction was not authorized by her. After few emails she told us that she "made a mistake" offering to pay the goods. However when you receive a chargeback from PayPal they charge you additional £14 which she refused to pay because: "I have already been in touch with other sellers and paid them back as PayPal suggested. None of these sellers mentioned anything about admin fees and were happy with the procedure. " We won the case and it was closed in our favor. We've lost a lot of time and we will report this scammer to the police so we can get a crime ref number. Good luck with your life coaching, scammer!!! Petra Hunt
