Buyer filed a PayPal dispute, despite me providing a tracking number indicating it was delivered. Tracking indicated item was in community mailbox, but buyer alleged item not received. Additionally at time of purchase, buyer was a underage minor holding a PayPal account (must be 18+). A simple search of his name yields pictures online with buyer wearing the item. Buyer has since been removed from eBay for consistently leaving negative feedback for items not received. Please reconsider doing business with this person as he commits fraud.
