| Details: | Customer ordered over a Holiday weekend and got very angry that his order was not delivered. Tried to smooth things over by explaining the holiday. Then he proceeded to say he ordered a totally different item than he ordered and demanded the item that he wanted instead. Starting using foul language and getting absolutely out of line even when asked to send the product back for a refund. He is very unprofessional and difficult. Rather not do business with him at all. |
