I think the pictures speak for themsevles yet he wouldn't acknowledge it and kept saying he didn't send me a disc with cracks. He implied several times that I must be doing some kind of disc switch scam.

I offered to send it back for a full refund if he paid for return shipping but he refused. Why should I have to pay for his mistake?

Yes, you can resurface the disc to get rid of scratches (perfectly acceptable & common practice) but you cannot repair cracks! They only get worse.

You can slander me all you want but this is the exact disc you sent me. It was placed back into the case & bubble mailer after I inspected it and has sat untouched. My teen son (who, unlike you, has never been in trouble and is very responsible) and I have not even attempted to play it as it's significantly not as described. I have no other copy of NBA 2K12. This game was supposed to be a gift for him and this whole experience has been very disappointing to say the least.

I would have bought it from a reputable retailer like Best Buy/Future Shop/EB Games/Game Stop/etc who would actually stand behind their product (and doesn' sell games with cracks in the first place) but it was out of stock in my area.

I have purchased other used games on eBay and never had a problem until now. Those sellers were actually honest and sent the item as it was described.

Anyway, PayPal has already given me a full refund after I showed them all the proof and rude messages you sent me. They looked through my history and said there was NEVER a problem with my account so they had no problem ruling in my favour.

I have never sold a broken game as a good game, ever. If game is cracked it is stated so in the listing and is sold as a boot disc. I have sent you no rude messages thru eBay. Whatever stupid things us two adults say or type has nothing to do with eBay or PayPal. It means we are both stupid adults. You can say or type whatever rhetoric you want I have not or did not knowing sell you a broken game.
