Made a fraudulent claim that the item wasn't received. Sent by 2nd class on 2nd Aug. The tracking service showed the item had been received 2 days later and was delivered to the address or a neighbour. Asked the buyer to check with neighbours (knowing that she would have received a card from Royal Mail informing her who the item had been left with if this was the case). She emailed back saying she hadn't got the item. Looked on her feedback and she's had comments removed. Although 100% positive feedback this is from a handful of the same sellers. A few negative comments in the positive feedback saying she's a fraudster.
