This buyer purchased a NEW and FACTORY SEALED video game from us on 02/02/2021. The item pictured in the listing was sealed and the description stated it was sealed. The actual item purchased was sent and the buyer immediately opened a return stating the item was opened. The buyer returned the item OPENED with the online activation code removed from the packaging. The item is not worth anything without the online code and is now garbage. We refunded 50% of the purchase price taking a loss on the item and now the buyer has opened a case claiming that we are lying. This guy is a thief, a liar and a scammer on eBay.
