Purchased item on 5 Sept.22. Item was sent by registered mail with tracking (RI311549370BG). Buyer Opened NRI (Non-received item) case on 20 Oct. stating he never received the item. Unfortunately Canada Posts since ~2014 does not track this type of otherwise fully tracked international mail. I asked the buyer if he will be able to send me the money if it happens he receives the package. He agreed. I sent a full refund and started an offical investigation for a lost package at my end. The official investigation was finished on 2 March 2023. The Result is the above package was DELIVERED on 11.Oct. 2022, about 9 days BEFORE the buyer opened the NRI case. I'm not sure just about one thing - what was the correct word to describe the person: SCAM or SCUM ?
