A 0 feedback tool who thinks bidding on ebay is fun and games and just a way to put a hold on a listed auction item while they pipe dream about coming to look at it in person and attempt to bargain for a lower price. Wasted 3-4 weeks of prime spring summer selling time messing with me. Never paid,never responded to eBay non paying bidder action either to them or me. And of course never showed up for a local pickup of the winning bid item.
