| Details: | 11/7/2022: Buyer did a chargeback and disputed directly with his bank on the same day he received the watch. It was a lot of back and forth with ebay for a whole month. Ebay will rule in the buyers favor if they directly dispute their credit card with their credit card provider. They will not provide the "ebay seller protection" they claim on their website. After a month of tracking down our watch and having the buyer ship it back to us, he claims the watch was never worn but upon receiving it back and inspection, the watch has evidence of wear (slight scratches). He even took one watch link and never returned it. Luckily we received the watch back, however we have to sell as pre-owned now. DO NOT SELL TO THIS PERSON. HE WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU. |

The seller is in breach of ebay contact by providing customer detailed. The seller can also be sued for giving out personal information. Ebay has done this before to seller who uses this site. I will notify the buyer that their information is sent to the public so they can take actions
