Bought from me on Amazon the item had been pending for a week. The ordered went through Jan 3rd was delivered Jan 6th was received before my ship by date. Just received a message "where's my stuff" I kept note of this purchase because of the long item pending.. This is Jan 19th now waiting to hear from the buyer.. I googled their name and found this thread will update once I hear from Amazon or the buyer.

Just had an order confirmation email from Walmart show up -- someone used a stolen AMEX # I've since replaced to buy a turntable on Walmart.com and listed this Ubuy place as the delivery address. Doesn't shock me at all to find they are known scammers. Turns out they're credit card thieves as well, or at least accessories.

Purchased 2 perfumes from my Amazon selling account and demanded a return within a week of receiving them. Our return policy doesn't allow returns on perfumes. This buyer got aggressive demanding a refund, promising to send back the items in new condition. I won't make an exception thanks to you all of your comments!

This user just purchased two of my items on January 19th at 12:03 am. One was a quantity of 3 via FBA, the other was 1 quantity via FBM. I will post an update if there are any issues. This user must be stopped.

The address is not suspicious. It is the address of eBay's Global Shipping Program

It's obvious that this person (Ubuysales) is an ebay seller who is enrolled in ebay Global shipping program. He gets orders on ebay for items he does NOT own or have in stock. Instead he orders them from Amazon to be shipped to ebay global shipping center. He may (in most of cases) request refund from Amazon at the same time that he have received payment from ebay! This criminal has to be stopped.

Kelly Kerchief is the woman running this outfit out of Erlanger. She is a total scam artist in her entire life. Kelly lives in Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati and she is the one responsible for all actions taken. The CEO lives out of the country.

We have sold to them on several occasions via Amazon. They return every time costing us shipping charges, handling, paperwork and time. They placed another order today and I pointed their behavior out to them. I will cancel their order without a valid response from them and perhaps report them as a scammer to Amazon

Just received message from this buyer as of 8/15/2022. I reported them to Amazon. I probably shouldn't have, but I also sent a copy of this link as a response to buyer.

Buyer has also ordered 7 times this past year and filed a complaint that got our product removed from Amazon. I have filed multiple reports on this to Amazon. Please continue to do so if you have anything to do with this company. We need to band together and get them removed from doing this to sellers on Amazon.

i just got an order from this customer. Address looks suspicious with a long code. After reading the above comments I am canceling the order and rather not deal with it.

I got an order from Amazon and suspected something was wrong, so I Googled them and came across this website. I called Amazon to advise that I wish not to sell but they said it would count against us and hurt our account. I made Amazon put in a case # so that when they tried to cheat us it would be on record that I asked not to ship to them. Sure enough I got a response from Amazon that the customer wants to know where his package is because it's late even though they signed for it they day before. Do Not Sell to this customer

They just placed an order for 8 units of my top selling product. They have bought from me in the past and later complained that our products arrived damaged and demanded a refund. I reported them last time (Aug 2022), but I see they're still at it. This time I called seller support and had them cancel my order. They stated since it was made the same day I was calling (4 hrs ago), that it wouldn't count against my metrics. I also requested for a investigation of this customer and provided this link. Don't do business with this customer! Keep reporting!

This customer sent back clearly worn shoes 3 months after they were delivered to their address. We reported on Amazon but it does seem they are continuously purchasing from different retailers via Amazon. They have their own website where they repost other Amazon Seller styles and it seems when they get an order from a customer on their website they go and place an order on Amazon from us to ship to their customer. They then request refunds via Amazon so they make money off our inventory and still keep the money from their own customer. They have a 100% money back guarantee as it is not their money that is being refunded to the customer. Please be careful.

This customer just bought 2 items from me a week ago. Now they are requesting a refund as soon as they were received. I called Amazon seller support and reported them.
