The criminal's full name appears to be Mark Thomas Lambert, in his early 50's.

If you google complaints about the illegal things she does online to customers and the completely FALSE REPORTS she files online you will find a TON of complaints from Various buyer beware websites where people call her customer service “Mentally Unstable” and warn you against any type of dealings or purchases from this company. Because of her false Defamation of Character postings online and her listing of people’s sensitive information online she is being investigated now in the UNITED STATES for criminal breach of sensitive information of customers and filing false Defamation of Character reports on Customers.

It is absolutely correct that the seller is owndoc/Sarah Vaughter but Thomas Lambert is lying about the "illegal things she does online" (he thinks that publishing his IP address is illegal and that it "opens him up to hacking"). We have 10,000 customers/year and we've been in business for ten years. We blacklist every single fraudster and Mr. Lambert has given us permission to blacklist him here if he'd file a fraudulent chargeback.

Owndoc.com lists any customer who cancels an order they haven’t received yet as I did when I realized the type of company and owner that I was dealing with and after I had ran a search of her online and found the astonishing amount of harassment and horrible customer service Sarah Vaughter gives. She has her family/friends go onto the bad review sites of her company and place glowing reviews to try and offset all the real reviews which are rated at the lowest so that she can falsely try and raise her rating. PayPal Credit only has 3 codes available for cancellations of orders with companies even thought they have the real reason for the cancellation of my 1 item that I haven’t actually received yet. Sarah Vaughter(Owner) makes it very clear in her email to me how much she HATES THE UNITED STATES and that she wouldn’t even CONSIDER DOING BUSINESS Here IF IT WASN’T 60% OF HER ENTIRE INCOME!

She looses NOTHING AT ALL EXCEPT ANOTHER CUSTOMER NO MATTER WHAT HER INSANITY FORCES HER TO WRITE. I really don’t think she can help herself without some sort of professional, inpatient treatment program. Sad Really!

Mark Lambert from Virginia filed a fraudulent "not received" claim with PayPal for an item he knew was on its way (tracking nr. RR173869753CZ) because he had buyer's remorse over an item that he demanded exchanged with a newer version. When we explained him why that was an unethical demand and why we could not humor him, he simply stole the money from us.

We do not have "family and friends" artificially inflate our rating. She BROKE the customer privacy rules of PayPal and there current going over all the reports she’s published online breaking customers privacy which she had to agreed NEVER TO DO in order to use PayPal for payments and I’ve started a case to have her removed from being able to use PayPal ever again...

It is against our T&C to refuse a shipment because we then have to pay for (1) Shipping and packaging, (2) Efforts and cost of re-import into the EU, (3) labor involved in unpacking, inspection and re-stocking the various items as well as updating their stock levels in our automated systems. All in all, your total costs are often the same as if you'd do a chargeback. You agreed to public blacklisting in case you'd do what you did.
