Kenneth McLauchlin purchased a device from us to treat his baldness. Since we are located in Europe and Canada Post does not offer trwcking for itl. reg. priority airmail and transit times are very long at the moment, we warned him about these two issues and asked him to agree to a 90-day transit time. When 30 days had passed, he threatened to commit chargeback fraud unless the merchandise would arrive within a few days. We will update this report when he has committed actual fraud instead of merely this extortion attempt.
