jec0304 (James Cannon of Bear, DE) is a scammer. He bought an item off of me for $45, I shipped it within 3 business days, and he opened a case against me saying he did not get the item and demanded a refund. After I uploaded tracking information proving he had received the package, he stopped responding to messages and refused to close the case. I called eBay support and they agreed I had done nothing wrong and would side with me once enough time has passed that I can escalate the case myself. Meanwhile my money has been frozen and he has the item. WHAT AN ASSHOLE!
