Scammer alert! Michelle bought a hello kitty toy from us and had it sent to Ashley Hirokawa(likely to be a fake name), days after the package was delivered, Michelle opened a case claimed Ashley received a totally different toy which we don't even sell, and it is used and missing accessory. Sellers beware!
