Details: | Buyer purchased my items on 5th July and in 18th July, she claimed that the item should be lost during delivery and asked for a full refund. We told the buyer that items were delayed and asked her to be patient. While later she kept persuading us to issue full refund to her from time to time. Finally we refunded to her in 30th July after her repeatedly constant request. Recently, we found that this buyer (who is also a seller on eBay) post the items that she purchased from us on eBay and sell them at the price AUD10.00 (item number: 261257345949). Since the item we are selling are self designed product, which is very difficult to buy from other sellers. As a result, we think it?s very possible that the buyer is doing fraud purchase in eBay, she deceives sellers by claiming that items not received while it?s not the fact and ask for refund. Later she sells those FREE items that she got from other sellers through eBay again. This is a very serious deception and her actions are no difference from thieves. |

The seller is in breach of ebay contact by providing customer detailed. The seller can also be sued for giving out personal information. Ebay has done this before to seller who uses this site.
