its the new con game thanks to ebay and paypal. paypal did a commercial months ago that lead people to believe that they can keep products even after filling a dispute. this asshole is playing the bullshit game to see if you'd immediately refund the money if she made up some bullshit lie. you dont know this person from a hole in the wall, and you never take litterally the customer is always right because it springs up assholes like this bitch. she had to pay to get the item, she wants her money back she has to return the item in its original condition, thats the law. your under no obligation to pay for her return shipping, give any discounts nothing. she makes threats so she'll get the item for free. there's nothing wrong with the item just another scam artist.
