Details: | I am writing to you regarding my purchase of a sauté pan on Amazon. At the time of purchase, it was not clearly indicated that the product was being sold by a third-party seller and not directly by Amazon, which led me to believe that I was making my purchase through Amazon.
Unfortunately, I find myself today with a product that I have not used and that does not seem to be working. However, I am forced to pay for the return shipping costs, which represents a significant cost for me.
I am very disappointed with this experience and I would like to find a solution with you so that the return shipping costs are covered by the seller, as is usually the case with Amazon using postal services, Intelcom, or UPS.
I would like to remind you that, in accordance with article L. 121-21 of the Consumer Code, I have the right to withdraw from my purchase within a period of 14 days from the receipt of the product. In this case, the seller must cover the return shipping costs, unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
Furthermore, article L. 221-18 of the same Code specifies that if the seller has not fulfilled their obligation to reimburse within 14 days of receiving the returned product, they must pay late interest at the legal rate in force.
Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation in this situation. I hope that we can find a satisfactory solution for everyone.
Sincerely,
Hi Sara,
It seems you selected the wrong product when trying to contact the seller.
We sell ______. In this case you bought a ______ from us.
This is not the pan.

Hi,
I found your response to be intimidating and misogynistic, which is not acceptable behavior from an Amazon seller.
It is important that such behavior towards female customers should not exist.
Sincerely,
Sara |
