Buyer purchased an item from me (actually 2 separate items at different times). One was a handmade little girls dress. The ad stated the correct size PLUS measurements. This was a brand new dress. Apparently she didn't like it but she claimed the measurements were wrong (not even close....like 6-8" off). I KNOW the measurements in my ad were correct....I always measure twice. I offered to give her a full refund once she returned the item. She refused to return it but demanded a full refund or she would leave me bad feedback. I would not agree so she filed a claim with ebay and left me bad feedback. In the end, ebay gave her the refund (our of my Paypal account) AND they let her keep the item....PLUS she left me bad feedback. She also left neutral feedback on the 2nd item she bought and in that neutral, she referred not to the purchased item, but to the item we had the problem with. I contacted ebay abotu the unfairness and the fact that she tried feedback extortion to get her refund but of course...they sided with the buyer. She ven had the nerve to tell ebay that she alreayd had another buyer for the dress so she not only got a refund, but she got to sell the item....getting money TWICE for MY item. Again, of course ebay sided with her. There is NO seller protection with ebay and I want to warn others of this person. She is a lying thief.
