Be aware Kathy Hubbard is a fraudsters. She ordered a Tony Bowls dress 112C17 white size 12 with original price $1100.00. Kathy kept saying she may needs to alter because the dress could be small so received a discount to help her with the alteration price. There is a phone recording proving that she accepted the discount of $225 to help with possible alterations and that she understand the sale is final.

After receiving the dress Kathy makes a chargeback and keeps the dress. She has a beautiful dress for which she paid nothing and she didn't return the gown. BE AWARE she likes to "spend" the big amounts but then she keep the goods for free and the merchant got nothing.
